At Match Day Merch, all products are made to order and printed specifically for you by our fulfilment partner Printrove. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Once paid, it's paid — no exceptions.
Size Exchange (The Only Exception)
We understand sizing can be tricky. If the item you received does not match the size you ordered, we will arrange a one-time exchange for the correct size at no additional cost.
To qualify for a size exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number + a photo of the product with its size tag visible
Exchanges are NOT available for:
- Change of mind or disliking the design
- Colour differences due to screen variation
- Minor print placement variation (±0.5 inch is within tolerance)
- Correct size was delivered but customer ordered wrong size
- Damage caused by misuse or washing
